Royal Gorge : Royal Gorge Bridge hangs 1053 feet above the Arkansas River, spans a distance of 880 feet between the
two 150 foot suspension towers, with a total length of 1260 feet. The canyon basement is about 40-50 ft wide below the bridge,
about wide enough for a railroad track and the Arkansas River...
